High Street North, between Elizabeth Street and Red River Road, is closed for an emergency storm sewer repair.
The westbound curb lane of Red River Road approaching the intersection of High Street and Red River is also closed.
During the repairs, there will be no through traffic, and drivers and pedestrians should expect delays.
The city currently does not have an estimate on the duration of the closure.
