A 15-year-old teen boy has been arrested by police as a second suspect in a murder on Picton Avenue on early Tuesday morning.

The teen faces a charge of aggravated assault and second-degree murder.

Officers were originally dispatched to reports of an assault in progress in the area of 100 Picton Avenue just after midnight on Tuesday, March 3.

When officers arrived they located two female victims outside near the street.

He is expected to appear in bail court on Wednesday.

A post-mortem examination of the victim is taking place in Toronto today. The investigation is ongoing.
