Schreiber man facing drug charges

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers from Nipigon, Schreiber, and Marathon have turned up a haul of cash and crack cocaine after searching a Schreiber residence.

The search revealed approximately $7,000 worth of crack cocaine, between $15,000 and $20,000 in cash, and a pellet gun.

A 57-year-old from Schreiber is now facing drug trafficking charges.

The accused is currently being held in custody as he waits for his bail hearing.
