Barry Horrobin of the Windsor Police Service is back in Thunder Bay.
He conducted a safety audit of the City’s south side Thursday.
He took in two walks of the south core one during the day and the other at night to identify safety features and issues in this area.
The walk was put on by Thunder Bay’s Crime Prevention Council.
