Thunder Bay MP Don Rusnak feels his government’s budget will let municipalities have more control over funding.
Rusnak notes that they’ve heard first hand from community leaders.
“Communities are looking for flexibility in spending those infrastructure dollars. The answers for how this money is spent, communities are closest to the ground and know exactly what their priorities are.”
