Federal parties are gearing up for the next federal election.
Don Rusnak is back as the Thunder Bay-Rainy River candidate for the federal Liberals.
Rusnak was acclaimed at a nomination meeting last night.
He feels he is more experienced this time around and looks forward to working on addressing issues impacting the north.

He joins fellow Liberal Patty Hajdu who recently went through the same process for Thunder Bay-Superior North.
Canadians are expected to head to the polls October 21st.
