It’s no secret that the discussion of roundabouts in our city has been a hot topic on line and in coffee shops. I’ve gone on record more than enough times saying although I am certainly not against them, I do question the sudden push for them in specific neighbourhoods. Councillor Ch’ng’s ward has been part of two separate conversations on roundabouts – the first on Victoria Avenue is off the table after a short study, and although named as a possibility in the 2020 budget for Edward and Redwood, Councillor Ch’ng doesn’t think it’s a good idea either.
