Confederation College’s RESPECT program is 10 years old.
The anti-racism campaign started at the community college and has spread to a number of businesses and the City of Thunder Bay.
The initiative got its start in 2006 as a way to help raise awareness of the importance of diversity and creating an inclusive place for people to learn and work.
