A raffle for Habitat for Humanity has brought in $3,500.
It was put on by the Everlast Group of companies according to Volunteer Coordinator Jackie Ruberto.
Officials with the company arrived at Habitat’s groundbreaking ceremony in May and surprised all eight of the children with brand new laptops.
Mike Bruno of Everlast Group= donated a prize of two tickets to a Toronto Maple Leaf game and a $500 prepaid visa for the raffle.
The winner of the raffle this week was Steve Boquist.
