Provincial Chief Medical Officer of Health To Give Covid Update

The provinces Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) last spoke to the public in early March when it was announced that mask mandates and other restrictions had an expiry date.

Since then, many have been critical of the lack of visibility from the CMOH, while the sixth wave of covid continues across the province.

Dr. Kieran Moore will address media and the public during a news conference today scheduled for 1pm from Queen’s Park.

He’s expected to provide an update on how the province is managing COVID-19 and expanding access to antivirals.
