The provincial NDP is looking for support for seniors once again.
Health Critic Frances Gelinas is reintroducing her private members bill at Queen’s Park that ensures residents in Ontario’s long term care homes receive a minimum level of care.
She’s also resubmitting a petition calling on the Liberal government to provide homes with the funding needed to ensure residents get at least four hours of hands-on nursing and personal support care per resident per day.
