For the third time in American history, the President has been impeached.
The Democrat controlled House of Representatives voted for the move yesterday, based on charges Donald Trump abused his power in asking another country to investigate his political rivals.
The next step in the process is a trial in the Republican controlled Senate next month, and then a vote on impeachment.
It’s widely expected the vote will be to turn down impeachment, meaning Trump will stay on as President.
