A woman is facing multiple charges after assaulting staff, customers, and a police officer at a business.
Officers were sent to Memorial Avenue just before noon on Monday, after receiving reports that a person was assaulting people in the area.
A woman had entered a business, and assaulted people inside, while also damaging equipment.
While she was being placed under arrest, a responding officer was assaulted as well.
None of the victims reported injuries that required medical attention.
As a result, a 35-year-old is facing multiple charges including:
- Assault with a weapon
- Assault (four counts)
- Assault peace officer
- Uttering threats
- Mischief under $5,000
The accused remains in custody with a future court date.
