Minor injuries following an armed robbery in the south end.
Thunder Bay police say just before 9 last night, a male entered a business in the 300 block of North May Street armed with a weapon and demanded money.
The clerk resisted, suffered minor injuries, after which the suspect took off with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police say the crook is described as Native Canadian, about 5’9, slim build with sunglasses, white Hollister hoodie, black track pants and had a pockmarked face.

On the 24 Feb just before 9:00 pm. an unknown male entered a business in the 300 block of North May Street armed with a weapon and demanded money. The store clerk resisted and suffered minor injuries and the suspect fled with a undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was described as Native Canadian, aprox 5’9″-5’10” in height, slim build wearing black sunglasses, white Hollister hoodie, black track pants and had a pockmarked face.
