A 25-year old woman is being sought by Thunder Bay police.
They say Taylor Rowe was last seen by a family member on September 16th in the Ogden Street area.
Police note she is Caucasian, about 5’3 inches tall with a thin build. She has straight, medium length brown hair and blue eyes.
They add Taylor was wearing black tights and a black zip up sweater, along with flip flops and carrying a large brown purse.
