Police have charged a driver with impaired operation of a vehicle.
It comes after a vehicle crashed into a police SUV on Highway 61 between Arthur Street and the Harbour Expressway.
During their Thursday night investigation, officers became suspicious that the driver of the sedan may have been impaired by a drug.
The driver admitted to smoking cannabis earlier.
Minor injuries were sustained as a result of this collision.
The police vehicle involved sustained significant damage.
