Police, family confirm discovery of missing person after two-year search

The Thunder Bay Police Service (TBPS) has confirmed that Richard Graham, who was missing for nearly two years, has been found dead.

A Facebook post from the Graham family corroborated that their lost loved one had been positively identified.

One week earlier, the Graham family said that an individual matching their missing relative’s description had been found, but had yet to be confirmed.

Richard Graham’s name was invoked on Wednesday at Queen’s Park in Toronto by Kiiwetinoong MPP Sol Mamakwa, as one of four missing persons to be found dead in the last two weeks in Thunder Bay.
