Police Break Up Possible Home Takeover

Police have shattered a possible home takeover due to suspected drug trafficking on Pearl Street.

They were called to the central area around 1:30 Thursday morning over concern for the welfare of the homeowner, and say they found unwanted people inside.

As police told them they weren’t welcome, they arrested one person who they say had some suspected crack cocaine, over $2,000 in Canadian money, and drug paraphernalia.

The 25-year old Toronto man was taken into custody, where he remains after a bail hearing.

That’s all the information police have given for this story.

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
