A Thunder Bay lawyer is the police service board’s newest member.
John Cyr is the provincial apointee and will serve a three year term.
“I’ve always been impressed with the police services. I understand there are some challenges and I would like to be part of the solution.”
The new member will now have to undergo special training before he can vote on board issues.
