Fort William First Nation has elected Peter Collins as chief.
The community headed to the polls this weekend, as Collins battled former chief Georjann Morriseau on the ballot.
Morriseau was seeking a second term, but will now serve as one of 12 council members.
Collins had a longtime run as chief, spanning from 1998 to 2013.
The new term of office begins April 15.
