The Ontario Native Women’s Association are encouraging first nation women to vote in the June 12th election.
They want women to know they have a voice, and they need to help decide which provincial party will be in power since their policies directly impact their lives and families.
ONWA has created and sent out a voter information package to area Aboriginal communities that outlines some key areas that affect Aboriginal women and their families.
