Ontario Reports No COVID-19 Deaths

Some encouraging news for Ontario around the pandemic.

Associate Medical Officer of Health Dr. Barbara Yaffe notes there were no deaths related to COVID-19 reported yesterday.

“We have less people in hospital, less people on ventilators, and less cases and…hopefully less deaths,” says Dr. Yaffe.

There were 154 new cases yesterday, none in northwestern Ontario.

However the Associate Medical Officer suggests this does not mean we can let our guard down explaining “We do want to once again remind Ontarians we all do need to continue to follow public health advice.”

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
