OPP say Oliver Road between Twin City Crossroads and Gratton Road is open again.
It followed a manhunt by provincial police for robbery suspects earlier today.
Just before 3 this morning, OPP say they took a call of a robbery in progress at a home on Lakeshore Drive in Shuniah.
The suspects took off in a dark coloured sedan, which police eventually found on Oliver Road.
They used a spike belt to stop the car, and arrested one man at the scene.
OPP blocked off the section of Oliver Road as they searched for the other suspects that fled.
