The Northern Policy Institute is out with a new report that shows the population changes in the 11 districts in Northern Ontario from 2001-2013.
President Charles Cirtwill says they’ve created a video that shows the data in an easy to understand way.
Cirtwill says sometimes statistics can be overwhelming and the video helps explain the data.
Thunder Bay saw a decline in their population, while Kenora saw more growth.
