No Ventilation Woes At Catholic Schools

No concerns for the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board to have the ventilation systems in its schools upgraded.

The Ford government has demanded schools in the province have the upgrades in place by Thanksgiving Day.

The Catholic board’s Plant Supervisor Paul Mignault tells us such improvements have been happening for months now.

“We definitely hit that even prior to COVID and again we’ve done all these other things to increase ventilation and try to make them safe for staff and students,” notes Mignault.

The board official explains duct cleaning remains the only task that needs to be completed.

Lakehead Public Schools has not returned our request for comment.
