Today (March 29), is a day to celebrate locally run / family run businesses! We had such an amazing response on Mornings In The Bay this morning, via our Text line and also on Facebook. Hundreds of businesses in the spotlight.
My Father and Uncle started their own business in the 70s…….a construction company….and built over 200 homes until they closed up shop. It’s a great reminder of all the hard work when I drive around and see the amazing homes they built.
That’s what it comes down to: hard work and the commitment made each and every day. Especially in the past 2 years trying to navigate through the pandemic and the restrictions.
I want to take this opportunity to thank / and congratulate every single local business out there. Today is your day. Cheers!
