Today is national chili day, and I realized that it has been a long time since I’ve had a good chili. I aim to rectify that tonight, but in asking listeners to share whether they prefer homemade or store/restaurant bought chili (overwhelmingly, homemade chili with ground beef was the response) Rebecca sent me this gem from the office. Honestly, this would be me if I was bringing chili to share at the office!

As an aside, I love beef chili, though turkey chili does come in a close second. I prefer my chili fairly hot (spicy!), corn is welcome in my chili, as is cheese but I stay away from sour cream. Things I thought you should know…in case you were planning to make me some chili this weekend! 😉
