NAN Deputy Grand Chief Alvin Fiddler, says the Court of Appeal threw out a conviction on the basis that not enough Aboriginals were represented in the man’s jury. Fiddler agrees that now is the time for the province to work with NAN on solutions to the jury roll problem.
