Murder Charges Laid In Missing Person Case

A major development for City police in connection to a 2016 missing person’s case.

They’ve charged three Ottawa men with first degree murder in relation to 23-year-old Justin Duncan.

Accused John Ranger appeared in court on October 4th, while Noel Perez and Emrah Ahmeti are expected to appear in court on October 5th.

Police are still searching for a fourth suspect from the Ottawa area.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for the arrest of 28-year-old Muhamed Alhasi who is also charged with First Degree Murder.

Police say they are still looking for the location of Justin Duncan’s remains.
