Murder Case Back In Court May 28

A 46 year old man charged with the murder of Nicholas Wendal Baxter will be back in court May 28th.

The 28 year old victim was pronounced dead in hospital after being found in a north side motel room in early February this year.

Christopher Achneepineskum appeared in video court this afternoon with his lawyer Kate Brindley.

Brindley said she needs more time because she is still waiting for full disclosure from the prosecution.

Achneepineskum has been in custody since February 5th and will be back in court May 28th.

36 year old Rachel Mary Moonias was charged with being an accessory after the fact.

A cause of death for Baxter has not been released.

None of the allegations have been proven in court.
