City Firefighters rescued two men that had become lost on the Mount McKay Lookout last night. Just after 10 o’clock, a security guard came upon an unoccupied pick-up truck and later heard calls for help from the west side of the lookout.
Fire crews were called to the scene and had exercise a high angle rope rescue that took about 90 minutes to complete. The two men were not injured.
