More Money For Food Security

Eighteen organizations have received a financial boost as part of the Food Security Fund.

The money comes from the District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB).

It is meant to support local charities that provide food to various members of the community who struggle with food security.

The total allocation for 2022 is $779,440 as compared to $468,281 in 2021.

It’s all part of the Homelessness Prevention Program (HPP).

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
