A man is charged in connection with an unusual robbery on the city’s south side today just before 6 p.m..
Police say it started with a two vehicle collision on May Street near Cumming. That’s when police say a passerby reached into one of the vehicles involved and stole money from the woman driver.
A short while later police say a suspect was arrested on North Syndicate Avenue and Leith Street. They say pepper-spray had to be used to subdue him.
