The province is investing over $3.8 million dollars to help refugees settle in Ontario.
Much of the money is going to 26 agencies that currently work with refugees. Among them is the Thunder Bay Multicultural Association which is getting 85-thousand dollars.
Another $200,000 will provide front-line workers with mental health awareness training.
The government says the funding is $1.5 million over and above a previous commitment of $10.5 million over two years, first announced last September to help settle and integrate refugees in the province.
