The Ministry of Natural Resources is warning residents about recent bear sightings.
In the past week, people in the Mapleward Road and Arthur Street area have reported two conflicts with black bears.
Both incidents involved garbage and bird feeders.
The MNR reminds the public to get rid of bear attractants in order to keep them out of area neighbourhoods.
