A man police say had stolen firefighter badges has been charged.
The 24-year-old was arrested in the area of Bryan Street following multiple complaints of a suspicious man being seen in the area around 6:30 Monday.
Multiple complaints said a man was going door-to-door showing homeowners a firefighter’s badge and asking to enter the home.
Some complaints stated the man was also soliciting for the Toys for Tots program.
The man faces possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and three counts of breach of probation.
