LU Prof Appointed To Human Rights Commission

An assistant professor with Lakehead University’s law school has been appointed a part-time commissioner to the Ontario Human Right’s Commission.

Karen Drake is one of five appointments made by the province.

She’s also a commissioner with the Métis Nation of Ontario’s Commission on Métis Rights and Self-Government and a board member with the Indigenous Bar Association.
