Thunder Bay MP John Rafferty is blasting the Harper government for holding back $11 million of FedNor money.
Rafferty says the economic development cash has remained unspent over the past four years.
Rafferty is also linking the money to needs in the forestry sector, and what he terms a sputtering Ring of Fire project.
He believes the Conservatives are scrambling behind the scenes to find the money they’ll need to finance their promised income-splitting program. (File photo)
