Charges of assualt are being laid against a 29-year old Thunder Bay man following an incident in an ambulance.
Police were called to the Regional hospital Sunday evening just after 6:30, about a paramedic who had been assaulted by a man being taken to hospital.
The paramedic managed to get out of the ambulance, and wasn’t hurt after getting control of the man.
The alleged assailant remains in custody.
