The 2021 Budget will be constructed over seven nights, two of which will your say.
Because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, there are changes to the way that you can make pre-budget deputations to City Council. The four options include by videoconference, by telephone, through the City Hall lobby kiosk, or by sending a letter to the City Clerk to be included in the agenda.
Deputations will only be made on a pair of Thursdays, January 14th and February 4th. Both meetings will start at 6:30 p.m. and all deputations must be scheduled in advance.
If you want to speak at the February 4th meeting your request must be received by no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday January 29th.
Budget reviews will take place on the following dates starting at 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday January 19th
- Thursday January 21st
- Wednesday January 27th
- Tuesday February 2nd
The approval of the 2021 Budget is expected on Monday February 8th.
