Former Thunder Bay City councillor Larry Hebert will be back in court tomorrow afternoon.
The three-term councillor is facing a charge of attempted murder and his lawyer is looking for someone to act as his surety.
The 72-year-old was charged last month after what police called a ‘serious incident’ at a home on the 400 block of south Vickers Street.
Police say a man attacked and threatened another individual inside the home.
