Five fire trucks, a hazardous materials response unit and an ambulance were reported outside of Andras Court apartments on 122 Cumberland Street South Friday morning.

At least one man was being treated by paramedics.
According to eyewitnesses, they arrived on the scene around 8:50 am and left around 9:45 am.
