Some good news for production at the Alstom plant in Thunder Bay.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau unveiled a $12 billion investment in rapid transit for the Toronto and Hamilton areas, which will include producing street cars at the former Bombardier facility.

Trudeau added the investment will stress zero-emissions streetcars.
