This is remarkable story. How about this for a holiday bonus?

This comes from Louisiana, and it’s truly a story of a corporate dream fulfilled. Graham Walker was the CEO of a family business called “Fibrebond”. The company was founded by his father back in ‘82. As of today, it’s one of America’s leading manufacturers of electrical modules used in data centres. Graham sold the company last year for $1.7 billion. This is where the story gets interesting.
Just before the holiday’s, Graham wrote a letter to all the staff, and recognized every Fibrebond employee. Part of his letter said, “We’ve shared 43 years of memories, failures, successes and opportunities. There were tears, hugs and joys over the course of all these years”.
He went on to tell his 540 employees that there was a clause in the sales agreement that amounted to $240 million in bonuses for staff. On average each employee will receive just over $440,000 (paid out over 5 years). Graham ended the letter saying, “I hope when I’m 80 years old, I get an email about how it’s impacted someone”.
AMAZING!
