Update: Hydro One dealing with power outages

About 250 Hydro One customers in the Kenora area, and about 800 in the Thunder Bay District are still without electricity this morning.

This after a powerful windstorm passed through northwestern Ontario on Sunday.

Hydro One says its crews continue to work to restore power.

The utility says it prioritizes restoration in a way that brings power back to the greatest number of customers in the shortest period of time.

In the Kenora area, Hydro One says electricity should be restored to most customers by 5:00 this afternoon and 4:30 in the Thunder Bay area.
