Thunder Bay mayor Keith Hobbs says all we can do now is wait, for Costco to officially set up a store here.
The mayor is re-acting to news that Costco is planning on building 7 stores but whether Thunder Bay is one of those seven stores in Canada remains to be seen.
This city has land set aside for Costco to start development, and at this point Hobbs says it’s between the Developer and Costco to get action started in Thunder Bay.
He wouldn’t say if he knows if this city is part of those 7 planned, and if not, Thunder Bay is still on Costco’s radar. (File photo)
