Travelling to Fort Frances on Highway 11 is impossible this afternoon.
A section of the Trans Canada east of the community has is shut down.
OPP Constable Anne McCoy says it’s because a portion of the highway has been washed out due to the heavy rain falling in the region.
No word when it will be re-opened.
