The head of the Thunder Bay Live consortium is not giving up hope for the proposed event centre.
The group was formed to help pilot the project towards its conclusion.
Gary Green says it’ll be up to city council to point which direction it will go now that federal funding for the project appears dead.
Green adds he remains optimistic there are solutions that can make this project, in some form, still “very doable and viable,” but he says that’ll be council’s decision. (File photo)
