WOOT WOOT IT’S SATURDAY NIGHT! COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK: THE REFRESHER
Ingredients:
1 shot OJ
1 shot pomegranate juice
2 mint leaves
Soda water
Ice
Lime wedges
1 shot vanilla vodka (optional)
Directions:
Muddle the mint and the lime together in your glass and then add the ice. Pour in your shots of oj, pom juice (and vodka if you aren’t making a mocktail) then top with soda water and stir!
RECIPE OF THE WEEK: BBQ FEAST
POTATO SALAD INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes
Mayo
Paprika
Lemon juice
Dill
Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Boil potatoes until cooked and wait until the potatoes are cool to add your mayo and seasonings to taste
OTHER SIDES:
Grilled avocado, onions and bell peppers.
