The latest developments in the Boulevard Lake Dam project are frustrating Andrew Foulds.
A Ministry of the Environment report is critical of the venture and how its been handled by the city.
The Current River councillor feels it’s just par for the course on a project that’s now delayed until 2017 at the earliest. He says his biggest concern is the disappointment his constituents feel about waiting the extra two years at least before a shovel hits the ground.
